Who We Are
RealTraderTim (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and the services available at realtradertim.net. We are based in Boca Raton, Florida. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at realtradertim@gmail.com.
Who This Is For
Our site and services are intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
What We Collect
Account information
When you log in through Whop, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and membership status.
Short-link clicks
When you click a RealTraderTim link (realtradertim.net/go/…), we log the time of the click, which link was clicked, the referring site, your browser’s user-agent string, whether the request appears to be a bot, and your country. We do not store your IP address.
Attribution cookie
When you click one of our short links, we set a cookie named rtt_src that remembers which link brought you to the site. This cookie lasts 30 days and is not set for visitors in the EU, EEA, or UK.
Member portal activity
Inside the member portal we store, per member:
- which lessons they have watched or completed
- how much of each video they have watched (watch time) and where they left off
- the days they have been active (used to track streaks and login activity)
Trading Journal
The Trading Journal — including imported trades, notes, tags, and screenshots — is stored in your own browser on your device. We do not receive or store journal contents on our servers at this time. Clearing your browser data or switching devices can remove it; you can also delete it at any time using the Journal’s delete option. The portal reads your journal data locally to display things like the daily performance recap.
How We Use It
We use the information we collect to: run and improve the member portal; understand which content channels bring visitors to the site; prevent abuse and spam; and communicate with members about their account or new content.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell your personal information to third parties or share it for advertising purposes.
Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate the site. Each handles data under its own terms and privacy policy:
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
- Supabase — database
- Whop — login and payment processing
- Cloudflare Stream — video hosting and delivery
- Kit — email communications
Retention
Short-link click logs are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted. Account data is kept while your account is active; we will delete it on request unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
Your Choices
You can email us at realtradertim@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete your data. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; short links will still work normally. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
