RealTraderTim provides trading education, technical indicators, and related educational content. Our services include but are not limited to online courses, live sessions, a private Discord community, and access to proprietary trading indicators and methodologies.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You may not use our service: - For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts - To violate any international, federal, state, or local regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances - To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others - To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate - To submit false or misleading information - To share, resell, or redistribute mentorship material, indicator access, or Discord content without authorization

All content provided by RealTraderTim is for educational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, and our content should not be construed as such. Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the RealTraderTim indicator, course material, and branding — are and will remain the exclusive property of RealTraderTim and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Payment for services must be made in advance. All fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

In no event shall RealTraderTim, nor its officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
